Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers, PCA, HHA, CNA, or those with no experience to join our team. You will provide personal care services, medication reminders, meal support, and light housekeeping in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client laundry as needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure client safety.
• Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required.
• Monitor and record client temperature.
• Assist client with ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer bathing assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.
