Job summary

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our team as PCA, HHA, CNA or general in-home caregiver. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing medication reminders, meal support, and companionship in clients' homes.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws

Responsibilities

Assist with client laundry as needed
Provide medication reminders
Ensure client safety
Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor
Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required
Monitor and record client temperature
Assist client's with ambulation
Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
Offer bathing assistance
Perform light housekeeping
Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
