Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers, including PCA, HHA, CNA, and In-Home Caregiver roles, to join our team. We focus on client-first care delivered in the comfort of clients' homes, with a collaborative approach to meet individual needs.

The role involves providing personal care services, medication reminders, safety monitoring, and companionship. We offer a supportive environment with flexible schedules and room for growth within a community-focused agency.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Mansioni

• Assist with client laundry as needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure client safety.
• Report significant changes in the client's condition to supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
• Monitor and record client temperature.
• Assist client with ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and simple physical activities.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer bathing assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companion services, e.g., letter-writing and reading.
