Altra Homecare Group in Indiana is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or in-home caregiver.

You will provide personal care, medication reminders, meal assistance, mobility support, and home safety, while maintaining documentation and respecting privacy and infection control guidelines.

We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible schedules, direct deposit, overtime and holiday pay, with weekly pay of $14-$17 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Aufgaben

• Assist with client laundry as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Ensure client safety
• Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor
• Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required
• Monitor and record client temperature
• Assist client's with ambulation
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
• Offer bathing assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
