Altra Homecare Group in Indiana is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers, including PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, or those new to the field to join our team. You will provide essential personal care services in clients' homes with a client-first approach and maintain clear documentation of care provided.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, light meals, mobility support, safety monitoring, and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Aufgaben

• Assist with client laundry as needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure client safety.
• Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required.
• Monitor and record client temperature.
• Assist client's with ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols.
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines.
• Offer bathing assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading.
