Altra Homecare Group in Indiana seeks compassionate In-Home Caregivers to join our team as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or general in-home caregiver. You will provide essential personal care services in clients' homes and support daily living activities.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive weekly pay ($14–$17/hr), overtime and holiday pay, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, Direct Deposit, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client laundry as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Ensure client safety
• Report significant changes in the client's condition directly to their supervisor
• Prepare light meals and assist with client feeding when required
• Monitor and record client temperature
• Assist clients with ambulation
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocols
• Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
• Offer bathing assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companion services, including letter-writing and reading
