Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry that connects experienced in-home caregivers with health plan members and private clients. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and we match you with clients that fit your schedule and goals while we handle the placement.

We offer non-clinical, in-home care in clients' homes; caregivers control recurring or per-diem shifts, supporting daily living activities and wellness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English (bilinguals encouraged).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training and state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and non-clinical tasks (companionship, meals, mobility, bathing, light housekeeping).
• Document care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app after each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the app.
• Communicate any client or case updates with your CarePartner.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity at all times.
