Job summary

Right at Home Seymour seeks experienced caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Greeneville, TN and surrounding areas. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, and support clients to stay safe and active in their own homes.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, medication reminders, meal prep, and light housekeeping. Must be reliable, with a valid driver’s license and ability to work independently within client homes.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or direct-care experience (1-2 yrs) preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care and ADLs while maintaining dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home with sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication with clients, families, and staff.
• Ability to recognize changes in client condition and report them.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet and the ClearCare system.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care to clients.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and meaningful activities to support client well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately.
• Support clients with dementia or mobility needs and accompany to appointments when needed.
