Right at Home Seymour is hiring Experienced Caregivers to deliver compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Gatlinburg, TN and surrounding areas. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, and help clients stay safe and engaged in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or direct-care experience required (1-2yrs).
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Work independently in a client's home with sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teams.
• Report changes in client condition promptly and accurately.
• Use smartphone/tablet and ClearCare for scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Complete background checks and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and transfers.
• Provide medication reminders and meal preparation as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Document care activities and communicate with families and office.
