Responsibilities

• Provide client-focused personal care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals and light snacks.
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed.
• Offer companionship and engaging activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor.
