Job summary
Altra Homecare Group in Indiana is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, and CNAs to join our client‑focused in‑home care team. You will deliver essential personal care services, assist with daily living activities, and maintain accurate care documentation.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
- Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
- Compliance with training requirements per State and Federal laws.
Responsibilities
- Assist with client laundry as needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Ensure client safety
- Report significant changes in the client’s condition to supervisor
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor and record client temperature
- Assist client’s with ambulation
- Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities
- Maintain documentation and adhere to care protocols
- Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines
- Offer bathing assistance
- Perform light housekeeping
- Provide companion services (letter-writing and reading)
