Family Resource Home Care in Oregon is seeking caring caregivers to support clients in their homes. Earn $23–$25 per hour with flexible scheduling and generous training opportunities. We offer paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and weekly pay to fit your availability.

Shifts run 8am–8pm from our Gresham branch for multiple nearby communities. Prior caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred. Training provided to new caregivers; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 10–50 lbs frequently.
• Own a smartphone with the ability to download/use a mobile app.
• Pass state and national background checks.
• Able to transport clients in own vehicle.
• Complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed.
• Have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal care, grooming, and hygiene.
• Perform household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities.
• Transport clients to stores or appointments as needed.
• Monitor and report on client condition and needs.

Pay: $23-$25 hr. depending on care given.

Paid training and milage reimbursement

Current Needs:

• Caregivers willing to work with clients who smoke (both indoors and outdoors)
• Shifts are between 8am-8pm, the more availability you have, the more shifts open to you
• Caregivers willing to work with pets in client's home
• Drivers who can transport in their own vehicle required
• Behavioral or memory care experience a plus
• Bilingual a plus

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments (driving required)
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Able to transport clients in their own vehicle
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
• Have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
