Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a Home Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to join our Seattle area team. The role focuses on delivering person-centered care in clients' homes or care facilities, following individualized care plans and supporting daily living activities.

You will provide companionship, assist with ADLs, coordinate with the care team, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe, clean environment. Requires valid Washington CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials and ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Requires strong time management, interpersonal skills, patience and listening abilities.
• Knowledge of generally accepted care standards is essential.
• Fluency in English for clear communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s care plan and assist with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and time worked.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and transport clients as needed.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the care team.
