Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in Seattle, WA is seeking part‑time In‑Home Caregivers/Drivers (HCA/CNA). You’ll deliver compassionate one‑on‑one home care under individualized plans, focusing on daily living activities, mobility assistance, and safety in clients’ homes throughout North Seattle.

Ideal candidates hold a CN A/HCA/HHA/NAR credential or are pursuing certification, with strong English communication, reliable transportation, and a desire to provide meaningful, flexible caregiving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires CNAs or HCAs with at least six months of relevant experience.
• Current Washington State CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential in good standing or ability to obtain.
• Valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain certification within WA regulations and complete background checks.
• English communication proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Follow client’s individualized care plan as directed by the In-Home Care Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) as directed, including housekeeping, medication assistance, personal care, meal prep, shopping, and mobility.
• Communicate changes in client condition to care team and seek approval for services outside the plan.
• Maintain client records timely and accurately and ensure client safety and cleanliness.
• Transport clients to appointments and support independence in daily tasks.
