Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in Seattle seeks a compassionate caregiver to implement individualized home care plans. You will assist clients with daily living activities, conduct housekeeping, transportation, and meal support while maintaining dignity and independence.

The role requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials with six months of related experience, strong communication, and reliability for local travel to client locations. RN delegation is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials with minimum six months industry experience.
• RN Delegation certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow client care plans; assist with activities of daily living in home settings.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and transportation as needed to support client independence.
• Maintain accurate records of care activities and report changes promptly.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a clean, organized living environment.
• Provide compassionate bedside care and supportive companionship.
