Job summary

Fedelta Home Care in the Seattle area is seeking licensed CNAs, HCAs, or NARs to provide compassionate in-home care. Positions are part-time with potential to grow to full-time, offering flexible scheduling and one-on-one client support in the greater Seattle region.

Caregivers will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, transport clients, and maintain accurate records. A valid CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with diverse populations and maintaining professionalism under stress.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s care plan under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living per the care plan.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly home environment.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities as directed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and HIPAA confidentiality.
