Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential in good standing.
• Minimum six months industry-related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s care plan and perform ADL tasks.
• Housekeeping, meal prep, shopping and transportation as needed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation per plan.
• Document care, report changes, and maintain records.
• Ensure client safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
