Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care to clients in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will assist with personal care, ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship, collaborating with families and the care team to support independence and safety.

This PRN position offers flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs. A Florida background screening is required; preferred CNA/HHA certification, CPR, valid

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.
• Current CPR certification.
• CNA license or HHA certificate preferred.
• Background screening as per Florida Care Provider program.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
