Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA for in-home care in Fort Meade, FL. This PRN position offers day shifts, flexible hours, and competitive pay of $15 per hour.

You will support clients with ADLs, meals, mobility, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following care plans. Requirements include a CNA/HHA background preferred, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, CPR, a valid driver's license, and English proficiency.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and other ADLs.
• Assist with meals and dietary needs; light housekeeping.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical information as needed.
• Support mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and follow care plans from healthcare professionals.
• Offer errands or transportation as required.
