Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care in Fort Myers, FL. This PRN role covers weekends, with shifts from 11 am to 4 pm, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Requirements include a CNA or HHA certification preferred, at least one year of caregiving experience, valid driver's license, CPR certification, English proficiency, and a clean background screening.

Qualifications

• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
