Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care in Babson Park, FL. This PRN role supports clients with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, and companionship, following care plans for safe, dignified care.

Flexible schedule based on client needs and caregiver availability, with competitive pay and opportunities for free ongoing training. Must have valid CNA/HHA credentials and a Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate preferred and verifiable medical background.
• Minimum of one year professional caregiving or home care experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and ADLs.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Light housekeeping and home organization.
• Monitor vital signs and provide medication reminders as needed.
• Aid with mobility, transfers, and fall-prevention techniques.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow established care plans and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
