Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in‑home care in Miami Beach, FL. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship on a PRN basis.

A CNA license or HHA certificate (or verifiable medical background) is preferred, with at least 1 year of caregiving experience. A valid driver’s license and CPR are required; bilingual not required.

Qualifications

1 year of professional caregiving/home care experience required.
CNA license or HHA certificate or verifiable medical background preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
Current CPR certification required.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Provide errands or transportation as needed.
