Job summary

Mind & Mobility in Frostproof, FL seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care, assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship. This PRN role offers flexible hours aligned with client needs and caregiver availability, with an emphasis on safety and quality of life.

Responsibilities include documenting vital signs, following care plans, and supporting clients and families.

Qualifications

• One year of professional caregiving experience or home care preferred.
• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
