Mind & Mobility Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in Boynton Beach, FL. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and companionship while following care plans and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate or verifiable medical background.
• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with meal preparation and adherence to dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and home organization.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
