Job summary

Mind & Mobility Home Care in Hudson, FL is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care, assist with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. This PRN position offers flexible hours based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Qualified candidates have a CNA license or HHA preferred, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, CPR, and English proficiency. Level 2 background screening is required.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year professional caregiving or home care experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
