Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care in St. Petersburg, FL. This PRN role supports clients with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, aligning with personalized care plans.

Flexibility in scheduling is offered to match caregiver availability and client needs. The position requires a valid CNA/HHA, CPR, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Minimum of one year professional caregiving or home care experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
