Qualifications

• Level 2 background screening as per Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and remind about medications.
