Job summary

Mind & Mobility offers in-home CNA/Home Health Aide opportunities in Davenport, FL. This PRN role supports seniors with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship. Flexible hours align with client needs and caregiver availability, including day shifts.

Qualified candidates have a CNA or HHA certificate, CPR, at least 1 year of caregiving experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
• Provide errands or transportation as needed
