Job summary

Mind & Mobility Home Care in Winter Haven, FL seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide/ CNA (PRN) to provide in-home care for clients. You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while following care plans to promote independence and safety.

The position offers flexible shifts Mon-Sun, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training. A valid CNA/HHA credential, one year of experience, driver's license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate required.
• Minimum of one year professional caregiving/home care experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking per dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and organizing client’s living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper technique and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
