Job summary

Right at Home Cleveland East is seeking caring and compassionate caregivers in the Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland. We offer a starting rate of $15/hr, flexible hours (4–12 hour shifts), and 24/7 staffing including overnight shifts.

Training is paid, with PTO and ongoing caregiver development opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of caregiving experience, a valid driver license, reliable transportation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of verifiable caregiving experience in a facility or agency setting.
• Valid Driver License.
• Reliable transportation - own vehicle.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual is a Plus!
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus; we will train as well.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Prep/cook meals for clients.
• Drive clients to doctor's appointments/ errands/ activities.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Prevent client falls through safety and supervision.
• Light housekeeping.
• Help client meet nutritional standards.
