Right at Home Cleveland East is seeking caregiver companions for multiple opportunities in the Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland. We value compassionate, reliable caregivers who love helping people and strive to support our caregivers and clients alike.

Positions offer starting pay of $15/hr with same-day pay, flexible shifts (4–12 hours, overnight options), paid training, PTO, and ongoing caregiver training. We foster a supportive environment with incentives and appreciation events.

Formación

• 1–2 years of verifiable caregiver experience in a facility or agency setting.
• Excellent communication skills and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus; training available.

Responsabilidades

• Drive clients to doctor appointments, errands, and activities.
• Assist clients with ambulation and daily living activities (ADLs).
• Prevent client falls through safety and supervision.
• Prepare/cook meals for clients and perform light housekeeping.
• Help clients meet nutritional standards and provide companionship.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Support clients with medications reminders and routines.
• Match clients to appropriate activities and provide companionship.

Caregiver Responsibilities Include
