Job summary

Right at Home Cleveland East is seeking compassionate caregivers for opportunities in the Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland. Join a supportive team, provide companionship, and assist with daily activities in clients' homes. Flexible 4–12 hour shifts, same-day pay, and ongoing training support a rewarding work environment.

Starting pay at $15/hr with paid training, PTO, and incentives. Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation; Hoyer lift training available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of verifiable caregiving experience in a facility or agency setting.
• Valid Driver License required.
• Excellent communication skills expected.
• Reliable and dependable transportation (own vehicle).
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Assist with ambulatory needs and ADLs.
• Prevent falls through safety and supervision.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping.
• Help clients meet nutritional standards.
• Support client mobility and daily routines.

Pay and Benefits :

Caregiver Responsibilities Include

• Drive clients to doctor's appointments/ errands/ activities
• Assist clients with ambulation
• Prevent client falls through safety and supervision
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Prep/cook meals for clients
• Light housekeeping
• Help client meet nutritional standards
• Provide companionship to clients

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of verifiable experience as a caregiver in a facility or agency setting
