Right at Home Cleveland East is seeking caring and compassionate caregivers who love helping others. We offer flexible, 4- to 12-hour shifts, 24/7 staffing including overnight, and a welcoming team dedicated to supporting our caregivers, clients, and community.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with paid training, paid time off, ongoing caregiver training, and incentives. If you are reliable, bilingual, hold a valid driver's license and our own transportation, you can make a meaningful difference

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of verifiable caregiving experience in a facility or agency setting.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable and dependable transportation—must have own vehicle.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Bilingual is a Plus!
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus; training provided.

Aufgaben

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Prepare/cook meals for clients.
• Drive clients to doctor appointments, errands, or activities.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Prevent client falls through safety and supervision.
• Light housekeeping.
• Help clients meet nutritional standards.
