Job summary

Right at Home Cleveland East is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Eastern Suburbs team. We offer caregiving opportunities with flexible shifts, including 4-hr to 12-hr options and overnights, and a same-day pay option.

We value our caregivers and provide paid training and robust support. Responsibilities include driving clients to appointments, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of verifiable experience as a caregiver in a facility or agency setting
• Valid Driver License
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Reliable and dependable transportation- must have own vehicle
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus; training available

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to doctor's appointments/ errands/ activities
• Assist clients with ambulation
• Prevent client falls through safety and supervision
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Prep/cook meals for clients
• Light housekeeping
• Help client meet nutritional standards
• Provide companionship to clients

• Starting rate of $15/hr

• We have flexible Hours (4hr - 12hr shifts with overnights available, we staff 24/7!)
