Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking dependable caregivers and CNAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte area, helping them stay independent and safe at home.

We offer flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time roles, and ongoing training. Join a supportive team focused on compassion, respect, and reliable, quality care for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.

Job description

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
