Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home in the Charlotte metro area is seeking caregivers and CNAs who want to provide meaningful, in-home care that preserves dignity. You will assist with personal care, mobility, companionship, meals, and daily living activities for seniors and adults with disabilities.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, consistent clients, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with activities of daily living

Job description

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Caregiver Responsibilities
