Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is hiring compassionate caregivers and CNAs to serve the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties. Opportunities include both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling and steady, reliable hours.

Caregivers provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence at home while receiving training and ongoing support from a growing agency.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
