Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is hiring dependable caregivers and CNAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, enabling them to remain independent at home.

You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain client comfort and safety. The role offers flexible schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within a growing agency.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.

Job description

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
