Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of Charlotte, NC is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to provide loving in-home support for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Charlotte area.

We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling, consistent clients, and ongoing training within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with daily living activities.

Job description

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Requirements

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
