BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking professional and compassionate Part-Time Home Health Aides to join our team. In this one-on-one caregiving role, you will provide personalized care in clients' homes, assisting with personal cares, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.

With day, evening, and weekend hours available, create a schedule that works for you. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care in hands-on environments (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-Xray.
• Weekend availability (2 days per month).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Coordinate with RN Case Manager to update the care plan.

We are seeking professional and compassionate Part-Time Home Health Aides to join our team. In this one-on-one caregiving role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting with personal cares, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. With Day shift, Pm and weekends hours available create a schedule that works for you!

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
