BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking dedicated Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients, including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Early shifts from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM are available, with additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs to RN Case Manager.
• Collaborate with care coordination team to update the plan of care.

We are seeking early shift caregivers to join our team at Brightstar! This position includes working with clients 1 on 1 in their homes providing assistance with daily activites such as personal cares, transferring, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship. If you are seeking a morning position this may be a great fit for you, we have shifts available starting from 6AM- 7AM !

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
