BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking caring Home Health Aides to help seniors stay independent in their own homes. You will provide personal care, companionship, and daily support for clients in Minnesota.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with days, nights, and weekend hours to fit your schedule, plus opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care in hands-on environments (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, hospital).
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-X-ray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communicate with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

You'll help seniors and individuals remain comfortable and independent in their own homes by providing personal care, companionship, and daily support. Both Full time and Part time positions available with a variety of days, nights, and weekend hours available to fit your schedule!

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
