BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is hiring Home Health Aides to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Roles include companionship, daily activity support, and physical assistance with care coordination support.

We offer flexible schedules, part-time and full-time opportunities, and benefits like health insurance and paid time off. Weekend availability is required for some shifts.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in hands-on settings (home health, assisted living, group home, hospital).
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Collaborate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
