BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. is seeking empathetic Home Health Aides to service a client from 9am-5pm, with shifts Monday through Saturday and occasional Sundays. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required to provide companion care and transportation as needed.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and reliable scheduling to support the client’s daily activities and well-being. Growth opportunities exist within BrightStar Care’s supportive team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care in Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, or Hospital setting.
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Communicate with RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

We are seeking empathetic and dedicated Caregivers to join our team to service one client from 9am-5pm, with shifts available Monday thru Saturday with the occasional Sunday's. This client is requiring basic ADL's, and this would include driving as this client requires companion cares. So, valid Drivers License and current Auto Insurance is a must. We're looking to build a successful team for this specific client.

• Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities
