Job summary

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking a Service Coordinator to lead scheduling of caregivers and supervise in-home care within the Oakland area. You will manage client updates, support field staff, and ensure care plans stay on track.

The role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and a compassionate approach to aging and disability care. Hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with hourly pay between $23 and $25.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 to 5 years of industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• DL license required for in-home supervisory visits.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring client needs are met.
• Supervise in-home care workers and clients within assigned region.
• Conduct monthly client wellness checks and in-home visits as needed.
• Respond to escalated client issues and coordinate with staff to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
