The role focuses on timely service delivery, problem solving, and coordinating between field staff and clients in a fast-paced home-care setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of industry experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel and scheduling software.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of industry experience preferred.
• Interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Proficient with scheduling systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage caregiver schedules.
• Supervise in-home care workers and ensure care plans are followed.
• Conduct monthly client wellness calls and in-home visits as needed.
• Escalate and resolve client complaints and theft claims.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance of the office.
