BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for in-home care across Woburn, Concord and surrounding areas, offering meaningful work in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Must hold an active MA RN license, CPR certification, and 2–3 years of home health or skilled nursing experience; IV infusion therapy and wound care expertise are highly valued, with leadership and on‑call availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA required.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy proficiency and wound care expertise.
• Leadership, supervision, and staff mentoring abilities.
• Flexible with on-call responsibilities and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets standards and regulations.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
