Addus HomeCare is seeking a Field Supervisor in Texas to conduct on-site client evaluations and develop service plans in collaboration with authorization. You will manage field visits, report to the scheduler, and lead a team of attendants to ensure quality home care.

The role requires strong supervision, time management, and documentation skills, with emphasis on policy adherence and client confidentiality. Occasional presentations and cross‑functional collaboration are expected.

Qualificações

• Two years full‑time study at an accredited college or university or individuals hired with a high school diploma or equivalent may substitute one year of full‑time employment in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare facility, agency, or community‑based agency for each required year of college.
• PHC, MC experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Completes visits as scheduled and reports daily to scheduler.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises attendants.
• Completes appropriate forms and attaches to the daily visit report and turns into the office within 48 hours of visit.
• Maintains supervisor files and participates in staff meetings and in‑services.
• Maintains confidentiality of clients' attendance and staff information
