Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte & Mooresville is seeking a Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and leadership for in-home care. You will bridge families, caregivers, and the care team, delivering timely assessments, direction, and measurable results.

The role includes supervision of caregivers and CNAs, ensuring compliance with NC regulations, and maintaining high-quality, client-centered care in a flexible, remote/hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN/LPN license in North Carolina.
• Home care, community health, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Organized, responsive and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home client assessments, reassessments, and care plan development.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and training to caregivers and CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Monitor client outcomes and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for families and referral partners.
