Job summary

Personal Home Care of North Carolina seeks a dedicated Home Care Registered Nurse for in-home patient care across Charlotte, NC. The role is part-time, as needed, with responsibilities including assessments, treatments, education, and coordination of care with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• RN license required (NC or multi-state)
• 2+ years home care or educator experience preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Bi-lingual ability (Russian/English or Spanish/English) is a plus
• Pediatric experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and patient education per plan of care and physician orders
• Observe patient conditions, drug responses, and report changes to supervisor/physician
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and in-home aides
• Document accurately and timely per regulations and agency policies
• Perform supervisory visits for patients and in-home aides
• Train and orient new in-home aides annually and at hire
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings weekly
